• 6 years of relevant experience in tax technology, tax consulting, data analyst or a related field.

Position title: Business Development/Marketing Manager

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Days: 5 days, Monday-Friday

Working hours : 9am to 6 p.m

Salary : $4,000-$5,000

Responsibilities

• Managing both our existing clients and developing new business opportunities
• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with the requirements
• Responsible for price quotations submission and negotiation with the client
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
• Maintain existing business and strong customer relationship
• Think critically when planning to assure project success

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably sales technique in a commercial office interior design firm, or equivalent
• Experience in managing complex sales cycles with B2B selling processes to multinational companies in Singapore

• The main job duties include attending to customer enquiries via case management (CRM) and FormSG
• Answer customer enquiries relating to GIRO applications. This will be done mostly via email. Phone calls may need to be made occasionally.
