• Oversee order processing, ensure timely delivery, and handle shipping and returns.
• Prepare sales reports, support promotional activities, and maintain studio cleanliness.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent qualifications
• Possess at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry
• Proficient in MS office application
• Able to organise, prioritise, multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication, interpersonal, planning and organising skills
• Able to interact with peers and liaise with external parties in a professional manner

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of cost control procedures, preparing and analyzing BOQ (Bills of Quantities), cost management and cost planning, and cost reporting. They will work closely with the team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects.

Job Description:

• Assist in tender preparation, submission and quotation
• Quantities taking off for tender and ongoing projects
• Sourcing and comparison of costing from various suppliers and budgeting
• Liasing with sub contractor for quotation and procurement of materials
• Project Administration, Contracts variations & documentation.
• Preparation and Submission of Progress Claims
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Well versed in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD etc
• Required language(s): English
• Min 1 year work experience is preferred.
• Knowledge in BIM360 is an advantage
• Diploma/ Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering from a recognized University, or from a recognized Polytechnic.

Working Day: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
