Responsibilities

1. Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL functions.

2. Process, verify and maintain invoices/payments and its related documents, and assist to follow up on discrepancies with customers and vendors.

3. Manage intercompany transactions and ensure intercompany balances tally across the books.

4. Monitor and report daily cash flow and assist with cash flow management and projection.

1. Perform monthly bank reconciliation, generate monthly closing report and assist with accounts reconciliation and management reporting.

5. Prepare quarterly GST report.

6. Manage audit, tax, corporate secretarial or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties as required.

7. Ensure compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), Company policies and other regulations.

8. Initiate process or policy improvements where needed.

9. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Director/CFO

Requirements

· Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

· Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting is preferred.

· Experience in SAP is preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· High integrity, meticulous and proactive

· Independent, self-driven with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines.

Duties and Responsibility

· Create, develop & update BIM model either from scratch or existing supplied 2D CAD or PDF drawings.

· Ensure model quality and identify any conflict between disciplines.

· Generate & update Revit-based plans, sections, elevations and details that can be used as design analysis, tender drawing, drawing for Authority submission, shop drawing, fabrication drawing and as built drawing.

· Generate 3D centre-line model for structural Engineer to perform analysis.

· Maintenance & implementation of company’s BIM standards, Facade template, contents and library

· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

· Must have at least basic knowledge in Facade design. Experience in BIM submission to authority is must.

· Proficient in Revit. Knowledge in other BIM software is added advantage.

· Must have a good time management.

· Must be able to work with minimum supervision

· Must be knowledgeable, keen and observant in worksets and worksharing function of BIM.

Job Descriptions

• Provide support to Head (Performance Management) in managing the appraisal, promotion and ranking of Junior Officers.
• Provide on-site staff support to various Units / Divisions’ internal ranking board meeting.
• Assist in various Ranking and Promotion (R&P) processes such as screenings, collation of data/ results and preparing of forms.
• Assist in processing the promotion eligibility of officers.
• To ensure proper, consistent and fair administration of promotions for Officers.
• To monitor promotion policies and translate and apply promotion policies when facilitating ranking at Divisions / Units.
• To ensure accurate and timely payout of merit increment, promotion increment and performance bonuses to officers
• To analyse all appeals for promotion or moderations of performance grading and provide recommendations to higher management for approval.

Job Requirements
