Job description:

To assist Managing Director and Directors to oversee projects. 

To assist Project Architects in assign projects. 

To be able to liaise with internal and external parties for the good of the project. 

To be able to perform any other job scope required for the good of the project

Job requirement:

Degree in Architecture or equivalent preferably recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore for Architecture assistant or executive positions. 

Polytechnic Diploma in the related field or equivalent or NTC2/NITEC are welcome to apply. 

Knowledge of local regulations and authority submission procedures. 

2 - 3 years of working experience. if none we will consider on-the-job mentoring. 

Proficient in BIM (Revit/ArchiCAD) is required, proficiency in 3D Modelling / Sketchup, AutoCAD / Adobe photoshop / Microsoft programs, or any basic architecture software that allows you to perform your job effortlessly. 

Able to manage projects and work independently (in due time) in a challenging and fastpaced environment.

Possess good interpersonal skills and is a team player. 

Positive working attitude. 

Good project management, leadership, and communication skills at all levels 

Have a keen eye for details. 

Able to independently or under supervision prepare drawings and or documentation at all stages of the project.

Job Scope:

a) Counter Duties

• Handling telephone calls and enquiries from public, parents, students and staff.

• Attend to day-to-day needs of students.

• Maintaining and updating of student’s early leave college records

b) Adhoc Duties

• Provide ad-hoc printing needs for teachers on designated afternoons.

• Assist in following up with teachers in-charge on delivery requirements,

• General cleaning of the GO counter and reception area

• Maintain records of in-coming mails and arrange for distribution

• Assist in collation of School Bills for distribution to students

c) General Admin:

• Maintain and updating students’ data records, e.g. A level certificates and testimonials, etc.

• Perform admin task e.g. filing, photocopy.

• Assist in contacting TICs on submission of supporting documents and endorsement for payment.

• Assist in updating of Staff Leave records (MC & Overseas Leave)

d) Other Duties

• Compile data/statistics & survey as and when required.

• Any other duties as assigned by P, VPs, AMs

Requirements:

• Qualification: GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent
• Proficient in the following software applications - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Three (3) years of relevant experience in administration and counter service preferably in school environment

Location: Whitley Road

Salary: $2390 to $2580 per month

Contract Period: From 2 September 2024 – 31 August 2025 (possible to extend another year)

Working Arrangement:

· Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm

· Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Inclusive of 1hr lunch break

· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Job Scope:

• Maintaining records databases for all SPO cases, including disposing of concluded cases and updating information into our internal systems
• Calling for Investigation Papers (IPs) and ensuring timely IP submissions by SPF
• Handle record-keeping for incoming/outgoing physical IPs, including sending reminders to SPF for IP collections
• Provide simple technical support to all SPOs such software updates, duplicating CDs for submission to Court, and assist SPOs in playing CCTV footages during court sessions via Zoom (if required)
• Assists with print and scan requests from DPPs, SPOs and Legal Officers from external agencies such as NPARKs, MINLAW
• Assists Team Lead in coordinating internal meetings and training sessions
• Assists Team Lead in periodic data clean-up of internal systems such as AMS and Crimes3
• Support inventory management for pantry and stationery supplies
• Perform ad-hoc / additional tasks as directed by the Team Lead

Requirements:

• Proficient in operating photocopying and scanning equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
• Experienced in using document management software such as Adobe Acrobat, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
