Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll processing, including but not limited to income tax filing and IR21 clearance, CPF submission, statutory claims such as NS-MUP, government paid leaves and payroll audits.
• Checking of time attendance and roster to ensure payment of hours, including overtime are correct.
• Processing of full-time, part-time and casual labour payroll matters, payroll reconciliation, and tax documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing. Ensure timely and accurate payout and compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations.
• Processing of all leave and claims, such as Maternity Leave, Childcare leave, Medical Leave, Annual Leave, ICT leave etc.
• Prepare monthly payroll related reports and reconciliation and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
• Assist HR Manager in payroll projection during budget exercise, salary review exercise, process streamlining, payroll system change/upgrading (if any) etc.
• Work closely with Finance to reconcile monthly payroll reports and budget variance reports.
• Assist in payroll audit from external auditors.
• Support the current processes of compensation and benefits, government grants and the necessary statutory submissions such as MOM survey.
• Handle employees’ payroll-related enquiries.
• Other ad-hoc or administrative duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1-year related HR experience.
• Working knowledge with the Infotech system is an advantage.
• Familiar with the Employment Act is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with the security industry will be an advantage.
• Meticulous with an eye for details.
• Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Companys general ledger.
• Handle analytical review of financial statements and preparation of year end statutory accounts, preparing and maintaining audit schedules.
