Roles & Responsibilities
1. Double Entry for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
2. To maintain individual AP/AR accounts and make adjustments if and when necessary
3. Day to day operational activities such as data entry, processing, and recording transactions, filing, updating the ledger or fact-checking.
4. Accounts Reconciliation / Bank Recon
5. Monthly P/L, BS, TB Closing on Autocount System
6. Reporting of Tax Filing (GST)
7. Filing of Bank Statements and all necessary supporting documents
8. Any other Ad-Hoc Duties assigned
Requirements
1. Minimum GCE "O" level or equivalent
2. At least 1 years relevant working experience.
3. Proficient in the use of MS-Office-Word, Excel, etc.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills with both English and Mandarin to handle enquiries from English and Mandarin speaking associates.
5. Responsible, positve, team player and energetic.
6. Posses initiative and ability to work independent.
7. Savvy with social media posting would be an added advantage.
Additional
1. Basic Salary range for Full-Time $2200 to $2500 per month, Part-Time be to discussed.
2. Working hours: Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 6pm
