Act as Assistant Projects Manager for Construction Management focusing on the efficiency of deliverables to improve workflow, quality, and service level leading to increased business profitability and organic growth.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
Individual should
1. Handle and coordinate multiple complex projects concurrently in project management functions such as logistics, operations, and supply of suspended scaffolding and building maintenance units at different sites.
2. Handle certifications such as MOM, AE, PE, and COS to meet compliance in technical engineering-driven projects.
3. Resolve disputes, coordinate tasks, and ensure work quality between the engineering, operations, and sales team.
4. Conduct site visits at the client’s workplace and report to the project manager and director on the client’s feedback and issues.
5. Ensure operations adhere to client work schedules and deadlines are met.
6. Ensure compliance with workplace safety at the relevant work sites according to WSH requirements.
