We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Junior Accounts Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and support tasks to the Finance department, playing a key role in maintaining accurate and timely financial records.

What You Will Do At Quant Matter?

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including entering invoices, preparing payments, and reconciling bank statements.
• Assist with general ledger maintenance, recording and categorizing financial transactions.
• Prepare and subm it basic financial reports, such as accounts payable and receivable aging reports, and reporting to management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and other accounting tasks as assigned.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with annual financial audits.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidates Would Have

• Familiarity with blockchain transactions and on-chain asset tracking.
• Accounting or Finance Diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred but not required.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excellent technical knowledge and proven ability to develop technical solutions and proposals, along with strong problem-solving skills to provide comprehensive solutions to align with customer requirements
• Able to conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase security features and benefits to potential customers
• Able to train customers and internal teams on various technologies and best practices
• Strong understanding of various AutoID products, features, and capabilities
• Work closely with sales team to identify sales opportunity while providing full presales assistance to close deals

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales, preferably within AutoID or security industry
• Familiar with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to AutoID or security systems
• Programming experience in .Net Core, C# and Python
• Experienced in providing product demos and conduct technical presentations for prospective clients
• Able to support presales site activities, preliminary site visit, coordinating trial supports / preparations

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Director.

· To ensure that the Director's calendars are updated timely to capture all the appointments, dining arrangements, flight schedules and meetings.

· Arrange travel arrangements (flight, hotel, visa, transport, dining etc).

· Facilitate meetings (including taking meeting minutes, equipment set-up, sending reminders), workshops, conferences, seminars, events, business-related activities, and organizing catering when necessary.

· Primary point of contact between the Director and all other stakeholders.

· Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.

· Expense claims for the Director.

· Purchases for any item online when required for the Director.

· Coordinate with drivers for transport requests for the Director or when required.

· To run personal errands for the Director when required.

· Coordinate with other overseas PAs as and when required.

· Assist with the preparation of PowerPoint presentation slides or any other office work required.

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines.

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in or similar capacity.

· Excellent problem-solver, can suggest options and alternatives to solve day-to-day obstacles.

· Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).

· Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

· Pro-active, versatile, and highly independent with a positive working attitude.

· Able to work late on occasion weekends when the need arises.

· Ex-cabin crew will be an advantage.

· Able to start work immediate will be an advantage.

· Experience in supporting C-suite level.
