Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to provide administrative support to the accounts department. The duties include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.
Job Responsibilities
● Provide support to Accounts department
● Maintain partial/full set of accounts.
● Maintain AR/AP records
● Posting of receipts and perform banking transactions
● Liaise with vendors for any discrepancies
● Processing AP payment and issue of cheques
● Support in preparation of management report
● Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
• GCE ‘O’ level /LCCI from Accounting
• 1-2 years of accounting experience in a computerized accounting environment.
• Proficient with MS Excel and accounting software. Knowledge of ERP-Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Ability to speak/read Chinese
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
