Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of Letter of Award & Sub-Contract documents
• Sub-Contract Procurement
• Preparation of BQ, Quotation/Tender Document (including trade preamble for Quotation /Tender calling
• Analysis of Quotation/Tender submission, preparation of Cost Comparison for Quotation/Tender submissions
• Issue Tender Clarifications
• Conduct Tender Interviews for Award of Subcontract, good negotiation skills, and able to finalize award recommendations for management approval.
• Formulate VE proposals
• Submission & valuation of Variation Claims and Payments (for Main Contract & Sub-Contract)
• Final Account Settlements (for Main Contract & Sub-Contract)
• Submission of performance bonds, Indemnities/Warranties, etc.
• Cashflow Projection
• Knowledge on various forms of Conditions of Contract
• Able to manage claims & dispute matters
• Maintain effective networking with Consultants, Suppliers, and Subcontractors
• Able to provide guidance and coaching to junior team members

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
• At least 6 years of experience in QS
• Prior experience in building construction projects is preferred
• Knowledge in Glodon Software would be advantageous
• Comfortable to working at construction site office
• Good knowledge of construction materials, building products/technology, and methods of construction

Job Description:

We are looking for a sales and customer service oriented individual to join our team as a Ecommerce Live Host & Social Media Specialist (full-time). As a Live Host cum Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with our viewers during live stream, promoting company products and posting social media content to drive customer engagement and platform presence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct live broadcasts on marketplaces like TikTok & Shopee, providing engaging and informational content to attract and retain viewers.
• Interact with viewers through comments, likes, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Introduce and showcase products, highlighting their features, benefits, selling points and user experience to generate interests and sales.
• Maintain a consistent intonation and image throughout the live stream, aligning with the company's image.
• To make the live session as happening and engaging as possible with no moments of silents allowed.
• Posting social media contents everyday to drive engagement with viewers.
• Social media contents needs to create value & promote company brand or products.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours. Will advise further.

Pay Structure:

• $1800 Basic + Commissions

Requirements:

• Strong and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Other language like Mandarin or Bahasa is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and adapting to different situations while maintaining a positive attitude and intonation.
• Very good understanding of our products and customers demographics.
• Sales skill to effectively and efficiently showcase, promote and sell our products.
• Strong engaging skills to retain and attract new viewers.
• Creativity and innovation in generating engaging content ideas and interactive activities.
• Prior experience as a TikTok Content Creator, Live Stream Host, or experience in sales role is a plus.
