The order fulfillment associate (Order Processing) responsible for managing and processing daily orders from customers. He/she must be service oriented and be able to perform under time pressure.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and effective day-to-day operations to meet service quality and timely delivery of products to customers
• Unpacking of orders received from optical stores
• Process customer orders that are placed by phone, whatsapp, email or fax
• Manage and process all order details into the system:
  • Processing of all new orders received from customers
  • Update information for VisuStore orders placed by customers
  • Operate tracing equipment to input frame data into VisuStore for remote edging
  • Process any other orders such as replacement/complimentary/bonus goods
• Ensure orders are inputted in the system and updated accurately
• Update order status in the system until the order arrives
• Perform invoicing and any tasks related to processing the orders

Requirements

• Min "O" Levels or higher
• 1 year working experience
• Perseverance and positive attitude
• Detailed orientated and work with high level of accuracy
• Savvy and quick to learn IT related platforms
• Fluent verbal communication in both English & Chinese

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including but not limited to billing of invoices and updating of receipts, processing of vendor invoices and arranging payments, passing journals, handling inter-company charges, performing bank reconciliation, preparing balance sheet schedules, maintaining fixed assets registers and general ledger
• Liaise with Sales team and Operations team to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting information
