Key Responsibilities:

• Developing machine learning and deep learning models to address clinical challenges in ophthalmology.
• Conducting research on medical image processing and multimodal imaging using clinical systems and novel prototypes.
• Collaborating with NTU and SNEC/SERI researchers to align with research strategy and goals.
• Managing research projects and supervising students and research assistants.
• Publishing research outcomes in top-tier journals and presenting findings at academic conferences.
• Drafting reports and contributing to research management under the guidance of Principal Investigators.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Information Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), software development, and OCT signal analysis is an advantage.
• Proficiency in programming and image processing tools (e.g., LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python).
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional research team.
