HR Generalist

Provide effective HR support to the employees in HR matters. To support various HR functions with business units by working closely with peers, employees as well as external vendors. Our department is looking for a Research Associate with a strong technical background to contribute to the Development of GaN Power Amplifier Beyond 100GHz project, driving research in high-frequency technology.

This role will support NTU’s efforts in advancing innovation within wireless communication and electronic systems, specifically through the application of GaN technology in frequencies beyond 100GHz. The project entails a program valuation study using an adapted Logic Model approach. Primarily qualitative with a small quantitative component, the project examines selected MLLPC and TLLPC core programs over a 5 or 10-year period.
