Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons, incorporating a variety of teaching strategies and resources.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes language development, numerical fluency, and scientific inquiry.
• Assess students' abilities and progress, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Use effective teaching methods to support students in their learning journey, providing individualized attention and guidance as needed.
• Organize and facilitate activities and experiments that foster a love for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the MOE syllabus or other relevant curricula.
• Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment, ensuring students' well-being and adhering to safety protocols.
• Establish effective communication and rapport with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a strong partnership in supporting students' educational journey.
• Contribute to the overall growth and development of the student care program by participating in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, English language, Mathematics, Science, Chinese language subject or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children in a student care or educational setting.
• Familiarity with the MOE syllabus for English language, Math, Science or Chinese language subject or other relevant curricula.
