As an Admin Associate (Marketing), you will play a crucial role in supporting the regional field marketing teams in executing marketing activities and handling associated administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with functional teams to secure timely approvals for strategic initiatives, driving process improvements for efficient administrative work across the region, and conducting report analysis on go-to-market activities and their impact. You will also build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, identify and address challenges, and interface with various departments such as sales, customer service, technical service, BCP, purchase, and finance to ensure full SOX compliance. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
skills and experience required
To be successful in this role, you should hold a Diploma in Business Studies, Data Analysis, or Data Sciences, with at least 5 years of experience in business support or administrative roles. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact efficiently with internal stakeholders. Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, MediSpend, CRM (SFDC), SAP, Excel, Power BI, and SalesForce.com, is essential. Experience in assessing compliance with company policies and SOPs, and the ability to define challenges, collect data, and establish facts for analysis is crucial. Additionally, you should be adept at working across multiple countries and cultures in the Asia Pacific region, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing your time effectively, both independently and as a team member. A keen attention to detail is a must for this role.
