The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating regional B2B programs, overseeing the development and implementation of new products and features, and ensuring the successful adoption of Salesforce solutions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Product Ownership:

• Serve as the product owner for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud implementations.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including business users, customers, and market trends.
• Collaborate with development teams to define product roadmaps, release plans, and feature prioritization.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Regional Program Management:

• Develop and execute regional B2B programs to drive business growth and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, and operations, to define program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate program activities, monitor progress, and proactively address any issues or risks.
• Ensure programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular program reviews and provide status updates to senior management.

Salesforce Expertise:

• Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, enhancements, and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to regional teams on Salesforce platform usage and optimization.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integrations and data flows are well-maintained and functioning smoothly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any Salesforce-related issues or challenges.

Requirements/Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, product ownership, or a similar role in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to function in a large and complex organisation that is under-going an IT transformation.
• Extensive experience in vendor-partner offshoring model collaboration.
• Proven ability to interact with various stakeholders and communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing), including ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.

• To ensure all the purchase order complies with procurement procedures and policies.
• Handling multiple clusters / project sites office from sourcing requirements till generating of POs.
• Evaluate and recommending the most suitable goods and services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance improvements through business reviews and supplier’s performance evaluations for continuous improvement and delivery of new value- add.
• Establish and maintain list of approved vendors including item / services database.
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Participate and facilitate in vendors evaluation and qualifications.
• As-and –when required, assignment of any ad-hoc procurement duties / projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent with minimum 3 years of procurement working experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and e-Procurement system.
