Job Description

1. Infrastructure Development

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Banking and Finance or related fields.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking business strategy, planning, or a related role within the banking or financial services sector.
3. Minimum of 5 years of overseas experience within the banking industry,
4. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves preparing email correspondence and periodic reports for overseas branches and HQ in Taiwan.
5. Strong understanding of Taiwan’s banking regulations and compliance requirements is favorable.
6. Experience in system development and project management within the banking sector is highly desirable.
7. Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems, and manage tasks with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Role reports to: Technical Delivery Senior Manager Asia Pacific

What you will do

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for executing key R&D projects and critical deliverables in partnership with the end-to-end R&D team to drive innovation with technical rigor, and execution excellence. This role will execute a defined work scope and support problem solving across key R&D technical deliverables. This role will coordinate across various R&D teams to drive collaboration and E2E visibility. This role will strategically deliver innovation and technical projects from start to completion with a deep understanding of our business, our consumers, and technical project requirements.Lead a cohesive approach to marketing deployment across clusters/ region, embedding principles of science of brand growth, aligned to Global Growth brand plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the delivery of complex projects to support business objectives and priorities
• Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the innovation process and identify barriers to executional excellence
• Ensure day-to-day follow-ups from project discussions, including driving execution of project brief updates, developing project plans, milestones, and resourcing requirements
• Track and manage day-to-day project technical progress to ensure E2E visibility to key stakeholders
• Execute identified work plans in partnership across R&D key stakeholders
• Support risk mitigation on key projects once identified

Responsibilities:

Design Process

• Owns and leads a design process, interacting with Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Partners (MEPs), and other design partners to deliver a portfolio of world class datacenters with a strong focus on technical excellence, mission critical resilience and cost management
