The HR Executive is responsible, as a part of the HR function in MooVita, to support and execute initiatives planned by management. Responsibilities revolve around the generalist scope ranging from HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll Processing, Employee Engagement, Onboarding and Employee Exits. The incumbent will also support functions in the area of Recruitment & Learning & Development.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations

• Be the point of contact for employees with matters pertaining to HR matters
• HR Administration such as documentation pertaining to Employee Records in HR System and maintenance of P-Files and Contracts

What the role is

The M&E Commissioning Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of the testing and commissioning of M&E Systems and Services as per contractual requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a smooth transition from commissioning to operations (going live) including ensuring the requirements and schedules are incorporated into all construction contracts and construction costs.
• Create and review Commissioning Plan and implement Data Centra Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning procedures in effective and efficient manner.

• Maintain a detailed schedule during the construction phase. Provide an updated and accurate commissioning filter of the schedule at each Commissioning meeting.
• Develop comprehensive and project specific flushing and cleaning of various piping systems in coordination with the Commissioning Agent.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 8 years+ of relevant testing and commission of M&E systems and services experience, preferably in data centers, commercial project, construction capital projects strategy and supply chain.
• Certified Data Center Professional with Project Management certification preferred.
