Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Certified Accountant to manage the Client Accounting department. The successful candidate will take charge of all aspects of financial accounting, statutory reporting, tax reporting and administrative matters for a portfolio of clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• In charge of billings, fee negotiations and recovery for each client engagement
• Prepare and/or review periodic management accounts, customised reporting packages, statutory accounts, GST returns, monthly payroll and other expense disbursements, as well as year-end remuneration returns.
• Liaise with auditors and regulators, answering queries on behalf of clients.
• Review and improve current process flow.
• Undertake and oversee other ad-hoc projects or duties as may be required from time to time

Requirements

• at least three years’ post–qualification experience, preferably in an accounting or audit environment.
• strong organisational and management skills, well developed interpersonal and communication skills
• experience in corporate secretarial work and/or knowledge of Xero Accounting Software is an advantage

Internal Audit Manager

To be part of the Regional Internal Audit team, conducting and completing audit assignments and working with other Internal Audit team members around the globe. The Internal Audit Manager will report to their Regional Head of Internal Audit and will assist management to improve the control environment within all business units and fulfill Internal Audit’s governance role. • Research and draft strategic papers and presentations for the Clinical Board.

Strategic Committees:

• Lead the preparation of discussion papers and presentations.
• Provide administrative support, including managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and setting agendas.

Clinical Board Committees and Workgroups:

• Lead administrative support for committees and workgroups.
• Prepare discussion papers and presentations.
• Review and standardize administrative and clinical governance policies to ensure consistency in patient-centered and evidence-based care.

Project Management:

• Assist with special projects as directed by the Chair or Assistant Director.
