Key Responsibilities

• To inspect anchor mooring systems and ancillary equipment as may be required by customer.
• To inspect all equipment and review original material and test certification for said equipment to ensure that documentation is sufficient, complete and consistent with the requirements of the customer.
• To provide written reports of results of any inspection in a format consistent with the requirements of the customer.
• Provision of mooring expertise specifically and exclusively to support the operation onboard the FSO/FPSO, rig / AHV.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with vessel crews and offshore personnel for safe mooring operations.
• Investigate incidents and accidents related to mooring and implement corrective actions.
• To assist in planning and supervising the deployment and recovery of anchor mooring systems and the connection and disconnection of said equipment.
• Manage towing / station keeping operations onshore / offshore
• Assist in project proposals, document planning and implementation of projects assigned including but not limited to project budgeting, project planning & preparation & implementation
• Assist with suitability inspections and chartering of marine spread vessels / barges for local / overseas operations.
• Negotiate with various parties and finalize advantageous charter contracts.
• Attend operation meetings and prepare relevant documents for approval.
• To liaise with vessel crew to ensure that all equipment on board the vessel is handled in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines and with due care in respect of accepted standards of good marine practices.
• Liaise with management, engineers, and project manager in all subsidiaries and affiliated companies world-wide.
• To support and promote safe operations aboard the vessel on handling and operations associated with customer’s equipment.
• To relay technical and hands-on knowledge and experience to field personnel designated by customer.
• Participate in international sales and marketing initiatives.
• Provide sales, operational and technical support to all subsidiaries and affiliated companies as and when required.
• Liaise with port authorities and other relevant agencies as needed.
• Contribute to emergency response plans and participate in drills and exercises.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qulaification;

• Minimum Degree holder 2nd or Chief Officer (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marine or Oil & Gas Industry with offshore construction experience preferred.
• Physically fit for offshore deployment - Familiarity with offshore works, steel structure, winches, cranes and zone rated application are added advantages.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QA system - Familiar with IACS (in particular ABS and DNV) rules and regulations on offshore construction projects and towing - Knowledge of DP surveys, documentation, best practices, rules and regulations.
• Willing to travel, working offshore for extended periods and go the extra mile to meet customers’ requirements.
• Strong communication skills. English speaking and writing is a must
• Ability to both write and review or contribute to project proposals and procedures.
• Basic Microsoft computer software skills, ability to learn and be proficient with Franklin proprietary mooring catenary software.

1) Role and Responsibility

a) Lead the sales activities to the assigned region in Central Asia and South Asia for MOII group portfolio of products

b) Manage the entire trade process from negotiation, sales to contract signing to supply delivery and receipt of full payment.

c) Capture the sales against the agreed target volume and margins with the existing customer base and new customers.

d) Work closely with the company support teams to ensure contracts are executed smoothly within the company guidelines and policies.

e) Manage any customer feedback on the supply of the goods and follow up with the appropriate corrective action.

f) Visit each of the assigned markets at least 2 times a year to sell, build relations with the customers, follow-up on new product development and update management of market development and new business potential on the ground.

2) Must have extensive experience:

a) Minimum of 10 years in the oils and fats industry.

b) Of this a, minimum of 5 years in international sales.

c) Experience in selling specialty oils and fats (eg cocoa butter alternatives and pastry margarines)

d) Selling experience to different segments of markets including industrial customers and distributors.

e) Has managed overseas distributors / agents, by setting sales targets, give product training, follow-up on new business.

f) Able to understand intrinsic needs of customers using specialty oils and fats by recommending the appropriate products to achieve the desired final product.

g) Has the ability to guide the customers with food trends and suggest appropriate product type in collaboration with our R&D applications team.

3) Other requirements:

a) Has a science-based / engineering-based degree from a recognized- university.

b) Able to communicate clearly with presentation in Power-Point to customers and management.

c) Able to travel 2 weeks in every 6-8 weeks.

The Reservation Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the reservation system to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. This role involves overseeing the reservation process, coordinating with the front-of-house team, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

Role and responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations and cancellations
• Monitor reservation patterns and adjust seating arrangements to maximize table turnover and optimize guest satisfaction
• Provide personalized service to guests, addressing special requests, dietary needs, and any concerns or preferences and communicate details to staff to ensure a cohesive and informed service delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues and enhance the overall guest experience
• Collaborate closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and effective table management
• Generate and analyze reports on reservation trends, guest preferences, and table occupancy to inform operational decisions
• Train and mentor reservation staff to ensure adherence to service standards and procedures
• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in guest service and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events, offers, and new menu items through reservation channels.
• Assist in implementing strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.
• Assist service team with ensuring that the dining room is clean and well-presented at all times, with all tables set and ready for guests
• Able to perform other related duties in collaboration with the restaurant manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a reservation or front-of-house management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A friendly and professional demeanour, with the ability to remain calm and composed in a busy restaurant environment
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, split shift (5 days work-week)
