• Prepare HR reports and assist in budgeting exercises.
• Preparation of HR letters as required.
• Manage leave administration via the HR system.
• Apply and monitor all foreign passes (Work Permits, S Passes, Employment Passes, Dependant Passes, Letter of Consents, TWP etc.) and process its renewal on time.
• Perform administration of training programmes for employees, whenever necessary.
• Submit government claims such as SDF funding, maternity, Childcare, NS claims, etc.
• Take charge of offboarding procedures and its administrative works such as preparation of offboarding letters, update HR system and employee personal files, etc.
• Assist in employee engagement planning and activities, whenever required.
• Any other ad-hoc activities tasked by the CHRO.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidate should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Human Capital Development, Business Management or equivalent.
• Experience in handling Indonesia Payroll, and familiarity with regulations there.
• Led the end-to-end implementation of a comprehensive HR Information System (HRIS)
• Minimum 8-10 years working experience at same capacity performing international HR related matters.
• Prior experience from a related industry (such as Manufacturing or FMCG) will be advantageous.

What you'll need to have:

• A bachelor’s or higher degree in the field of computer science, software engineering, or related field

• Handle full spectrum of HR function
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including effective sourcing, resume screening, interviewing and selection techniques for new staff (including applications of work passes or other staff licenses)
• Facilitate smooth onboarding ( and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture
• Prepare and maintain all documentation related to employment, including those associated with hiring, termination, transfers, and promotions.
• Develop and Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual appraisal and 360° evaluations) Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development plans for all employees

• Sort room bills by companies on a daily basis.
• Pass journals pertaining to adjustments to the Accounts Receivable record.
• Ensure bills are sent within a week after the guests have checked out of hotel.
• Prepare daily reconciliation of balances in aging report with GL balance.
• Prepare proforma invoices to agents/corporate for prepayment.
• Process guest credit card refund

• Monitor group booking payment, ensure post and update daily settlements in Opera Systems
• Prepare and send invoice in City Ledger with proper attachment to Customer
• Relieve or extend any assistance to other accounting colleagues in their absence or whenever the need arise.

Job Description:

As the Finance Director's direct report, you will have the responsibility of overseeing the Finance, Administration, and Human Resource (HR) Teams. Your role will encompass various tasks related to finance, administration, and HR. These tasks include maintaining financial records, managing invoices and payments to vendors, conducting reconciliations, preparing tax and audit reports, submitting GST, overseeing payroll, and managing recruitment and other HR-related tasks. You will also be in charge of the company's administrative duties. Collaboration with auditors and government organizations such as IRAS, MOM, NEA, etc., will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to evaluate and implement finance processes, propose best practices, explore system integration, and continuously seek ways to enhance internal operations.

This portfolio will primarily involve handling Finance & Accounting tasks, making up about 70% of the workload. The remaining 30% will be dedicated to Administration and Human Resources responsibilities.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or its equivalent with a minimum of at least 4 years of relevant working experience in finance, accounting, administration, and human resource duties.
• The candidate should exhibit traits such as being self-motivated, independent, proactive, a team player, adaptable, hands-on, with a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
