1. Project management and coordination of Company’s products and solutions in compliance with customer specifications and deliverables resulting in direct revenue for the company and sustainable customer satisfaction.

The Role:

• Coordinate major/complex projects from order to delivery at customer site:
• Monitor the scheduling, process and delivery time of the production process.
• Manage an on time and accurate variation order in coordination with the responsible Account/Sales Manager and Field Application Engineer and the MDSC team for final approval.
• Manage completion of the project deliverables, including placing order for all materials, delivery of commissioning and installation services, progressing of PO, completion of documents, shipping requirements and invoicing.
• Continues inform customer about the status of production, make sure that changes in time schedules (delivery times) or prices are communicated and adjusted on time when necessary.

What Do You Need to Have?

• MUST possess ITE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering discipline.
• Prince II certificate (preferred) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in engineering environment.
• Basic understanding of commercial/contract law.
• Good basic knowledge of electrical engineering processes.
• Computer literacy.
• Fluent in English.

Job Purpose

The Senior Lease Management officer's job purpose is to perform lease management duties accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management and documentation of leases which includes preparing, checking and stamping of tenancy agreements.
• Responsible for lease data creation in SAP, in an accurate and timely manner, as well as keeping track of the status of lease documents
• Handle the tracking of deposits, payments, insurance and GIRO applications.
• Monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports, audited sales reports from tenants and other works related to lease management.
• Submission of URA quarterly reports and preparation of monthly tenancy reports.
• Assist in arrears management.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management/ Property Marketing & Management with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Applicants who lack a diploma but have at least 5 years of working experience in a related industry will also be considered
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
• Familiar with tenancy agreements

The Role:

• Responsible for smooth and safe operations of the facility and including the steam system and auxiliaries operations.
• Responsible for the operating status of plant by observing control system parameters, Building Management Systems (BMS), distributed control systems of the facility and including the steam system and auxiliaries operations.
• Conduct regular field inspections of plant, stations or subsystems and equipment to ensure normal and safe operating conditions.
• Supervise and lead the boiler and plant operators to operate treatment processes according to process parameters and emission limits compliance.
• Identify plant optimization points and support the implement of the approved tasks by the site manager.
• Propose, append, develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures on plant operations and regular maintenance of the plant with the support of operations and maintenance team.
• Analyse, interpret and report on steam operations data and plant performance on periodic and timely basis.
• Recover plant process upsets, equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct regular inspection and testing of equipment to ensure it is safe and operating efficiently.
• Ensure and follow-up on the CMMS for logs of maintenance activities and repair procedures to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Inspect facilities for hazards such as leaks, corrosion, or exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Monitor steam pressure and temperature levels to ensure safe operating conditions.
• Consult management to provide advice on how to improve efficiency of processes or reduce operating costs.
• Management and compliance of Workplace Health and Safety Act.

What You Need to Have?

• Candidates must ITE or a Diploma in Engineering or it's equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant Steam Boiler working experience.
• He/she MUST possess Class 2 Steam Engineer registered with MOM.
• Familiar with FMEA, HAZAOP and Job Hazard Analysis methodologies.
• Registered First-Aider Certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
