Job Description

• Register guests and assign rooms, accommodate special requests whenever possible. Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary
• Stay up to date on room rates, packages, discounts and how to handle each, as well as how each relates to other departments
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the room rates, room locations, types of rooms, and reception operations
• Must have thorough knowledge of the Resort’s facilities, hours of operations of Food & Beverage outlets, etc
