Job Responsibilities:

• Provide regular technical training in SEA region
• Follow-up on warranty claims from customers
• Maintain bicycle service tools located at various Singapore’s park connectors
• Prepare, maintain and modify technical materials
• Manage online e-learning technical webpage
• Liaise with relevant authorities including National Parks Board
• Provide assistance and technical support at events when necessary
• Other Ad-Hoc Projects assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in related fields
• Good knowledge in bicycle components, parts and technicalities is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Words, PPT) will be advantages
• Willing to travel overseas and work on weekends for events occasionally
• Comfortable to communicate and engage to all levels and big groups

• Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm

• Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling direct sales to Original Manufacturer, Over the Counter in the region

• Prepare monthly forecast for sales trend

• Industry market research of cycling trends in the assigned country

• Product analysis to identify new products to be introduced to the customers

• Maintain close relationship with customers on hand

• Provide support for events

• Other Ad Hoc Projects assigned

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Business / Engineering / related fields

· Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PPT) is preferred

· Ability to communicate effectively

· Prior sales experience would be advantageous

· Able to travel overseas if needed

· Able to work overtime / on weekend to provide events support
