• Assist to develop and maintain the Company-wide templates & object libraries
• Assist the BIM Manager in developing and maintaining BIM/IDD execution protocols

• Support Project Team in managing BIM production, BIM collaboration & coordination, Issue management, as-built verification, BIM handover & other BIM processes, where required

• Production of BIM deliverables such as 3D to 2D, 4D, 5D, 6D BIM for tenders/overseas projects
• Manage the BIM deliverables schedule & ensure timely delivery of good quality models and/or drawings
• Assist the BIM Manager in preparing and maintaining BIM/IDD documents, write-ups and presentations
• Assist in developing and maintaining BIM training materials, and conducting trainings
• Continue to learn new methods to improve efficiency & apply in projects.
• Maintain high level of competency of software through continued use, training, and assistance on projects for the implementation of new BIM softwares.

Requirements:

JOB PURPOSE

The Human Resource & Admin Executive is tasked to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and office administrative tasks. He/ She is responsible to prepare monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions and annual individual tax filling in timely manner.
