Primary / Main (90%)

• Prepare consolidation of group annual budget and forecast.

• To ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirement and standards (Financial Reporting Standards and Tax Act).

Secondary (10%)

Manage a local subsidiary and its affiliates, encompassing the subsequent areas:

• Review payment vouchers and staff claim.

We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Human Resource Executive - Talent Acquisition & Management who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

Job Description / Duties:

• Manage the entire talent acquisition function to support expansion of company
• In charge of onboarding/ off-boarding of employees
• Assist in talent retention and crafting out competitive strategies with regards to compensation and benefits
• Implement and execute training plans and conduct trainings as well as post-training evaluations
• Organise company events including festival celebrations, anniversary dinner and team-bonding events
• Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
• Ensure company’s compliance with local relevant regulations
• Assist in other HR operations and business functions
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in Staffing/ Recruitment industry will be added advantage

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal details.
• Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
• Process and compute payroll of both full-timers’, part-timer’s and internship staff
• Address employee inquiries, concerns, and contribute to employee engagement.
• Oversee general administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the team.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked.
• Liaise with vendors for various services, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiating terms and conditions to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure quality and service standards are met.
• Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations pertaining to HR, administration, and procurement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for HR, admin, and vendor management processes.
