We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to join our dynamic HR team. Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
  
• Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a solid background in recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing HR functions in a mid-to-large-sized company.
