We are looking for a dedicated team player who is adept working in a fast-paced work environment, to join our Team. The applying candidate should be able to converse fluently in English and be able to work a 5.5 days’ work week (with 1 Saturday duty)

Duties Of ADMIN & HR Manager:

• Manage the staff recruitment process- including putting up ads for job postings, communicating with recruitment agencies, interviewing candidates, staff orientation, etc.
• Process monthly payroll and salary / bonus payouts using the Times payroll software.
• Knowledge on monthly CPF submissions.
• Strong grasp of MOM rules and requirements for applying, renewing, and cancelling work passes.
• Monitor company’s levy, quota, and work pass matters.
• Maintain employee data base, leaves and Medical Certificates.
• Filing tax computations of IR21 and annual IR8A.
• Preparation of monthly reports including headcount metrics and recruitment timelines.
• Handling renewal of Licenses, Insurance Policies and Certification
• Manage Fleet Records
• Manage Sub Con Delievery Records
• Liase with Sub Cons and follow up payments for delievery
• Other Admin / ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resourcs Management.
• Must be Certified IHRP-CP
• At least 5 years’ experience in related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Be continuously updated on MOM requirements.
• Hands on experience in Times Payroll Software will be an advantage.

Working Hours: 08:30 am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri), 08 am to 12.30 pm (Saturdays on shift basis)

Recruitment

• Assisting in recruitment process includes but not limited to preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, sourcing & screening application, arranging interview, etc
• Perform daily HR duties such as On-boarding/Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation, staff pass processing etc
• Process work pass application, cancellation, renewal for foreign workers through MOM website
• Preparation for manpower movement, confirmation, promotion, resignation, etc along with respective administration
• Prepare employment-related documents e.g., employment contract, letter, etc

Leave & Record Management

• To ensure all leaves are applied before employees goes on leave
• Responsible for claims of government grants such as maternity leave and childcare leave applications
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and required personal documents are in place

Payroll

• Responsible for monthly processing payroll and reports
• Perform OT calculation, medical claim and any other claims
• Process monthly CPF submission
• Responsible in IR8A submission

Other HR Matters

• Provide advice, assistance and follow up on company policies, procedures, and administration
• Provide response to employees’ inquiries on HR-related matters
• Monitor all licenses and insurance renewal
• Monitor quota of workers
• Make announcement to employees (public holiday/special event/company policy changes…)
• Collecting data to provide for reviewing and discussion for continuous improvement including employee engagement surveys
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Management

• Monitor employees’ performance and KPI based on the company appraisal system
• Collect report from Supervisor, Manager which required by management
• Cooperate with Supervisor, Manager and Planner to understand employees’ performance
• Maintain related job and HR role in ISO, example: Job training SOP

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in the Education industry. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for teaching and non-teaching staff.

• Apply for work passes (EP/SP/WP) for foreign talents when necessary.
• Post and update job listings across multiple platforms to attract the right talent.

Training & Development

• Plan and organize internal and external training sessions to support the continuous development of employees.
• Liaise with department heads to assess and address specific training needs.
• Record training sessions and maintain training documentation.
• Handle the application of government grants, such as the SFEC, for training reimbursement where applicable.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Continuously improve onboarding materials and processes to ensure clarity.
• Work with department heads to develop customised work plans for each new employee.
• Manage offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and processing relevant documentation.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Payroll Administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring year end balances are rolled over correctly into new IFS system
• Handling the Accounts payable flow, which includes resolving issues, uploading invoices, coding,generating posting proposals,running payments, and managing daily bank files and tax codes.
• Managing journal entries for transactions not covered in the IFS modules (e.g.payroll, external file uploads, prepayment amortization) .
• Working with the fixed asset module to handle asset acqusition, importing fixed asset objects,running depreciation and ensuring depreciation is accurate.
• Performing reconciliations such as GRNI (Goods received not invoiced),mixed payment postings and bank reconciliations.

• Familiar with MIPI, AMBA (APB/AHB/AXI) bus protocols, RISC-V/ARM, or DSP cores.
• Experience in verifying designs at RTL and post-P&R gate levels.
