Responsibilities
· Manage day to day operations of the Human Resources and Administrative functions.
· Manage full spectrum of payroll processing and CPF/Levy contribution including annual performance appraisal process, bonus, increment and promotion etc
· Manage full spectrum of recruitment including processing of work passes
· Manage insurance matters including renewals and claims
· Manage training plan and records.
· Maintain contracts/agreements master file and SOPs
· Maintain vehicles records including road tax and insurance renewals
· Prepare monthly labour cost for management
· Prepare HR reports when required
· Review and update HR policies and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
· Support in regional matters if needed
· Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management
· 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of people
· Resourceful and diplomatic
· Proactive and takes self-initiative
· Able to work independently as well as part of the team
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Familiar with Easypay Software
· Able to start work immediately
