Salary: Up to $ 6,100 per month

What you will be working on?

• Review/analyse Job Descriptions (JDs) (in Hay format) to highlight information gaps and ensure alignment with the organisation’s staff structure and Hay job evaluation framework.
• In the process of doing so, to compare JDs across job functions / Divisions as reference points.
• Recommend adjustments to the contents of the JDs to bring about greater clarity and relevance, accentuating the pertinent points of job scopes.
• Maintain a centralised repository of JDs and track/ensure timely completion of the review of JDs
• Perform Hay Job Evaluation for the JDs (if any)
• Assist with other Staff Structure review related matters if required.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR or job evaluation.
• Possess minimum Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline.
