The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the Asia Pacific region within a dynamic and fast-paced sports entertainment company.
This role will partner closely with business leaders in China and US to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership: Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.
Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
Organizational Effectiveness: Drive organizational change and development initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
Compensation and Benefits: Ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages are in place, aligned with market trends and company strategy.
HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects, such as HR system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational restructuring.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role for a entertainment sector
Proven track record in managing HR functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the Asia Pacific region.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the sports or entertainment industry.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR analytics.
