RESPONSIBILITIES

As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns the people strategies & policies in the assigned Division(s) with the overall THKMC mission, vision and objectives. The HRBP serves as a consultant to the Divisional Director(s) and managers on HR-related issues, while at the same time, act as employee champion and change agent to all in the assigned Divisions. HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, and regularly communicate these needs within HR and with the Heads of the Business Units. You will be part of the HR Team, office at Bukit Batok. This role requires you to handle end to end HR and payroll full function for the local brand.


· Recruiting, retention, and talent succession

(Understand the organization's needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions, means hire the right employee)

· Maintains compliance with local employment laws, regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

· MOM work pass applications

 Determine quantities to be cooked and size of portions to be served, taking into account diets to meet medical, ethnic and personal needs.

 Check quantity and quality of stock received and notify suppliers of deficiencies.

 Oversee washing and cleaning of floors, crockery, utensils, work surfaces and other kitchens equipment to ensure that the necessary hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen and dining room as appropriate.

 Ensure that the appropriate clothing, including head wear, is worn at all times in accordance with the health guidelines.

 Co-operate fully with the statutory inspections and implement recommendation as appropriate.

 Supervise other the Kitchen Staff Team on shift and undertake performance appraisal
