Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will be responsible to
- Collaborate with HR leadership to implement HR processes across their offices regionally
- Provide guidance and support in various areas of HR including talent acquisition, talent development & retention, compensation & benefits, performance management, onboarding/ offboarding and HR reporting & administration
- End-to-end recruitment including crafting/editing job descriptions, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and extending employment offers
- Drive the implementation of annual appraisals and learning & development programs aligned with the company’s competency framework
- Advise and partner with business stakeholders to resolve HR matters for employees
- Continuously improve HR tools and internal HR policies based on external market trends, insights, and best practices
- Contribute to HR policy making aligned with the business unit’s people strategy and objectives.
- Strengthen company culture and values through designated programs or activities; develop employee communication channels
- Collaborate with the finance team and payroll partners as needed
- Any other ad-hoc HR matters
skills and experience required
- At least 4 years of relevant HR Generalist & Business Partnering experience with regional exposure across SEA
- Proficiency in H software such as payroll management tools and recruitment platforms
- Strong understanding of local labour laws and HR best practices in Singapore; understanding or exposure to labour laws in Europe would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable, strong critical thinking skills, resourceful and a problem-solver
- The ability to make data-driven decisions
- A solid team player yet self-motivated, able to work in a matrix reporting environment
