Responsibilities:

Process support:

• Read, understand and analyze HR process as per the business rules as a subject matter expert.
• Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands on processor.
• Master the given process and help the team members to overcome process related queries
• Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
• Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment.
• Train the team members on process updates.
• Ensure process controls are in place; Maintain, validate and update process documentations as applicable to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.
• Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls
• Participates in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process as an SME.
• Participates in various internal initiatives related to Process.
• Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.

Team support:

• Plan proper allocation of work.
• Support Team lead / Manager with Daily stats / reporting and MOS.
• Enrich team members with a clear sense of direction and understanding of each others' responsibilities.
• To be available on the floor through the day to resolve process related issues.
• Participate in Team building activities.
• Create effective QC and Audit mechanism within process to ensure delivery on SLA’s.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder
• At least 3 years of professional experience in HRSSC or HR Operations
• Mandarin speaking to liaise with Chinese counterparts

Business Development Executive

Location: Clarke Quay
Working hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri 7:30am to 6pm, Sat 7:30am to 1pm
Salary: $2500 - $3500 + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Generate new Sales Leads, performs Business Development role such as pitching on phone and presenting at boardroom level which will require meticulous planning and proposal writing to corporate companies in relation to company's services to generate new clients and maintain existing clients with the aim of creating more sales.
• Liaising with clients, maintaining client relationships with the understanding of clients' needs as priority, provide solutions and ensuring client loyalty through excellent & quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome new hostelites including arranging airport pickup, check-in and orientation
• Assist to manage disciplinary problems and provide counselling to ensure all hostel regulations are followed
• Assist to update hostel data including payment records
• Provide assistance to hostel students when needed
• Perform housekeeping tasks before new check-in, including removing and putting on bed linens, mattress protectors, blankets and curtains for washing.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and work with the operations team to ensure optimum services are provided to the students
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor
