Job Description:

• Assist the sales team with order processing, sales reports, customer inquiries, and updating records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate order processing, tracking, and delivery schedules, ensuring timely communication with logistics and distribution teams.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing prompt, accurate information to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; monitor sales targets and performance metrics.
