A Therapy Assistant is responsible for providing support to therapists before, during and after therapy sessions. 1. Support the team in providing administrative, operational support and creation of publicity material for the initiatives, programmes and events (e.g. focus group discussions, workshops, seminars and induction program)
2. Support the team in content creation for various programmes that provides holistic repertoire of skills and experience to equip graduate students and support thesis advisors.
3. Actively engage, contribute, and cooperate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of all activities.

Qualifications

Operational Support:

• Assist the Account Manager in coordinating and prioritizing maintenance tasks, addressing issues encountered by the team.
• Support the optimization of manpower, standard time, equipment, and energy usage.

Customer Relationship Management:

Job Purpose

• As the Project Manager, plan, execute and oversee AHL CAPEX projects from start to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate resources, manage project teams and communicate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations

Duties and Responsibilities

• Project Manage A&A works/Upgrading systems including design/system inception, tenders calling, award, contract variations, progress payment etc. in accordance with procurement policies, regulatory compliance, procedures and house rules
