Professional Licenses and Registrations: Ensuring the timely renewals of all Registrations and Licenses (as necessary) for the Company to legally supply Architectural Services:

• EPPU (Ministry of Finance)

Liaising with the Finance Manager to ensure that all the supporting attachments and documents are ready ahead of submissions (Professional Indemnity Insurance, payments, etc.)

Ad Hoc/Special Tasks - Assisting the MD on ad-hoc tasks that he may assign from time to time, e.g.

• Preparation of documents for tender exercise, including main tender documents, corrigenda etc. up till selection.

Spam Mail

• Checking the various Spam mailboxes (Unknown sender, spam mailbox, etc.) daily and identifying genuine project email correspondence and other legitimate email which had one into these boxes and moving them to the respective mailboxes. The number of such spam mail numbers a few hundred daily.
• Assisting staff in searching for “lost mail

Apex System

• Updating staff particulars (new, old)

• We are seeking a highly analytical and organised individual to join us as Digital Project Manager (Contract) to work on exciting Digital Transformation Projects.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of key digital build projects to achieve the company's growth objectives.
• The appointed candidate will also work closely with the Technology & Data leadership team and business stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging and interactive customer-facing solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects & enhancements are delivered successfully within budget, on schedule and adhere to internal processes & standards such as Agile / SDLC framework and cybersecurity best practices.
• Collaborate with team members, software architect, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely manner.
• Collaborate actively with business users to propose potential improvements / alternative solutions and technologies to bring about high-quality system solutions.
• Work on integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projects.
• Identify, manage and resolve complex issues, raise attention for escalations, where possible.
• Anticipate, manage, negotiate and mitigate project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track.
• Provide secretariat support for Project meetings.
• Provide support in conducting Feasibility Studies, Industry Benchmarking / Research and Pilots.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with good appreciation of business needs and strong experience in digital build.
• Candidates with more experience may be appointed at Senior Manager level.
• Industry certifications in the following or equivalent will be a plus. (i.e. PMP, CITPM, Agile, SCRUM, COBIT, ITIL Change Management, Design Thinking etc).
• End-to-end systems implementation experience (of both SaaS and COTS solution) in two or more of the following business domain areas in the Sports, Entertainment and Lifestyle industry will be advantageous:

- Point-of-Sales (for consumer F&B and events catering), includes onsite and mobile POS equipment.

- Digital signage systems and content management system.

- Public customer facing (Web, App and Digital Maps) for commercial venues.

- Customer relationship management system (CRM), and Marketing Automation.

- Digital twin, video analytics for public safety, people counting etc.

- Retail mall systems.

Job Scope:

You will be part of the Engagement Branch to oversee Harmony Circle’s participation in Chingay 2025 and

coordination for the Racial and Religious Harmony Month in 2025.

The incumbent must:

• establish and maintain processes for managing project scope and timeline;

• develop partnerships with third-party stakeholders and vendors;

• monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximise deliverables;

• report project outcomes and escalate issues as necessary according to project work plan;

• possess experience in project management and familiar with Government-community project

collaborations.

Job Scope:

1. Manage the Fixed Asset and system related matters such as role access etc.

Job Scope:

1. Daily Kitchen Duties

· Daily upkeep of the kitchens, including general cleanliness of food lab equipment, table tops, floor and sinks.

· Daily upkeep of kitchen facilities and equipment, including the hot water dispenser, refrigerator, oven and stove as well as the other appliances in the food labs.

· Daily checks and maintenance of the placements of tools and utensils.

· Daily management of food in the kitchen fridges and other storage containers. To inform Food Lab Manager or the NFS Unit coordinator if any of the ingredients are running low.

· Daily preparation of raw materials for classes (the cutting of meat/fish, separation of ingredients into specified portions according to class size, etc).

· Regular checks and management of utensils and cookware in the individual kitchen top and work station and to ensure that all food labs items are organized and accounted for.

1. Weekly / Monthly/ Termly Kitchen Duties

· Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of the signs (safety and miscellaneous) and posters in the kitchens.

· Assist in the termly kitchen stock-take of the equipment and utensils as instructed by Food Lab Manager or the NFS Unit coordinator.

· Labelling and bi-annual cleaning of tabletops, shelves and equipment which are to be done at least twice a year during the test/exam periods or June and December Holidays.

· Termly checks on perishables in the fridge and other containers.

1. Additional Duties

· Support afternoon cooking programs that take place in the food labs.

Support school-based activities involving the use of food labs.

Working Hours:

· Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 1-hr lunch break (may be deployed for extended hours on some days);

· Service is not required on a regular basis during School Holidays.
