Daily Operations

• Operate and run day to day AV and VC system for virtual and physical events
• Plan and manage schedule for multiple Teams/ VC meeting to ensure setup and tests are done
• Responsible in ensuring AV and VC system are in good working condition by conducting predictive and preventive maintenance
• Providing Level 1 support on fault rectification works
• Produce monthly report of the maintenance checks for filing and checking
• Working closely with Facilities Management team on operation.
• Attending to maintenance service requests
• Maintain an asset inventory with proper labelling as well as problem and incident reports
• Coordinate and supervise the rectification of AV and VC defects, maintenance, replacement and upgrading works
• Monitor and attend to maintenance service requests

Who we are looking for

• Technicians/ Operational Executive shall have at least 1 year experiences in audio visual (AV) equipment operations and maintenance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail
• Well knowledge on MS Teams and Polycom system
• Positive working attitude
• Able to handle stress and multitasking

Requirements:

• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical in any engineering field
• Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
• Office proficient in (AutoCAD/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Project)
• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food for all customers according to service standard and procedures.
• Preparation work during kitchen opening and closing operation hours (mise en place)
• Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
• Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
• Sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients
• Ensure quality control and food presentation as per standard company recipes
• Ensuring all portion controls are strictly adhered to following the chef’s practices
• Ensure prepare guests’ order in a time manner
• Monitors usage of equipment and utensils to prevent damage and to ensure the equipment are maintained regularly to prolong the life span
• Washing, peeling, chopping , cutting and cooking food stuffs and helping to prepare all food items listed on the menu
• Disposing of rubbish and disposing refuse on a regular basis
• Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• Ensure proper and smooth operation of the workshop for Fuso and EV Vehicles (Foton Van and E Canter).

• Handle customer issues and follow up verification. • Perform High Value component fault finding, diagnosis and repair (eg engine, turbo system, Cam bus, etc).

• Lead Technical investigation and discussion.

• Perform defect trend analysis. •

Train technicians on vehicle product and maintenance work.

• Perform EV diagnostics and maintenance work.

• Train technicians to be competent in EV maintenance work.

• Ensure all EV maintenance repairs and activities are carried out according to proper safety procedure. • Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Superiors.

Requirements • Minimum NTC/Diploma - Engineering

• Competent in written and verbal English.

• Candidates must have at least a class 3 driving license.

• Able to use electronic automotive diagnostic tools competently.

• Able to understand electrical drawings and electrical and electronic theory.

• Prior experience in leading a team of technicians and distribute daily works.

• Possess strong leadership skills
