You are primarily responsible for the growth opportunities of the Goodwill Rehabilitation and Occupational Workshop (GROW) and the Learning, Development and Consultancy (LDC) departments. You will explore new markets for GROW products and services as well as develop new partnerships and collaborations with organisations to pave open employment for clients in GROW and Alumni. You will research the learning needs of CPAS and the social service sector to grow the training and consultancy programmes.
