  Ensures high-quality patient-related procedures adhering to guidelines and technical standards.

  Monitors neurophysiologic central/peripheral functioning throughout operative procedures and communicates clinically significant events
• Qualifications:Relevant certification or experience

The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources responsibilities, practices and processes. He/She is the go-to person for all employee-related issues, identifies personnel problems, and proposes solutions. His/Her main duties involve managing activities such as job design, selection & recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, employee benefits, training & development, talent management, affirmative action, labour regulations, health, hygiene and safety, as well as staff record management.

In-charge of the day-to-day duties of human resource management, the HR Manager acts as liaison between employees and management.

14. Develops and creates each position’s KPI and evaluation structure for employees
15. Provides timely notification to directors and managers when employee performance appraisals are due
16. Ensures performance appraisal measures are administered fairly and consistently
17. Ensures timely and accurate delivery of payroll
18. Structures compensation and benefit packages
19. Administers staff compensation and severance pay procedure
20. Manages staff welfare matters and organizes related staff activities
21. Monitors and maintains insurance policy for staff compensation
22. Provides HR consulting and solutions on HR matters to business units on a daily basis
23. Develops and maintains staff job descriptions
24. Advises management and staff on personnel-related issues such as discipline, terminations, personality conflicts, job transfers, policy interpretation and other sensitive HR-related issues
25. Oversees scheduling of and records all employee annual, medical, and unpaid leaves
26. Ensures that all departments are adequately staffed at all times
27. Provides input on workforce and succession planning as well as planning of business unit restructuring
28. Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons for employee’s separation from the company
29. Finds suitable government grants for the entire business entity and securing the grants
30. Manages, saves, and allocates HR funds with government grants
31. Assists the HR Division Manager and or the General Manager with projects and/or assignments as directed

Job Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits

· Process time attendance listing submitted by respective Supervisors/HODs

· Verify overtime schedule

· Process petty cash claims of staff in accordance with entitlement

· Check data entry of staff leave entitlement through HRIS

Recruitment and Onboarding

· Assist in the recruitment of contract, temporary and junior staff

· Manage for card access system and issuance of staff access card to new joins

Staff Engagement

· Participate in planning and executing of staff engagement programmes, company events and other ad-hoc matters

General Administration

· Verification for access card rights & annual access cards rights review

· Monitor inventory of staff uniforms and issue in accordance with policy

· Manage staff lockers

Handle office administration including stationary

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Business Administration or relevant fields

· Analytical and meticulous

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in Chinese and English is an added advantage

· Able to work with staff from all levels
