Job Purpose

You will oversee end-to-end policy services activities (e.g. billing processing, etc.) and give advice and lead the Business Processing team to achieve the overall Department's target.

The Job

· Handles escalation and communication with policyholders and intermediaries

· Actively participate in departmental projects and initiatives; Provide in-depth practices and business logic as business representative

Job Scope:

In order to support students in gaining stronger self-efficacy and enhanced socio-emotional competencies to attain better school outcomes and enhanced connectedness to the school, in conjunction with ongoing efforts by the school’s Student Development Team. Submit a proposal for a social work intervention programme for the entire Secondary 1 level during Semester 1. The personnel should design and conduct a programme that:

i. Equipsstudents with socio-emotional skills that develop students' confidence, character and self-leadership through a hands-on, class-based programme;

ii. Enables students to translate their learning from the programme into multiple contexts including the home, class and community settings, thereby improving parent-child, teacher-student and peer relationships and sense of belonging to these multiple environments.

Qualification:

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

· All personnel supplied should be contracted by a MSF-appointed Integrated Service Provider for school social work (with supporting documents in GeBIZ)

The jobholder provides a critical support function to the WPB leadership team, such as thought leadership, providing the necessary MI/data to facilitate effective decision making and undertaking analysis of business metrics performance. The scope will include putting together SGH Market review materials for One WPB (GPB, Retail, AMG and HSBC Life), hence, requiring cross business experience.

In addition, the role holder will support Head of Business Management in formulation and tracking of FRP and strategic objectives.
