As a HR cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform simple admin duties.
• Simple admin duties such as data entry, scanning and filing of documents
• Manage HR Tasks such as application of work pass, handle payroll, CPF, IRAS, and CCL NS claim submissions.
• Recruitment: Create job ads, review resumes, and arrange interviews.
• Daily Operations: Ensure smooth processes for contracts, employee confirmations, terminations, leave management, insurance claims, and onboarding.
• Maintain Records: Keep an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure HR policies follow current regulations and the Employment Act.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Candidate who have 1 year of relevant duties will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and develop temple activities, programmes and events
• Monitor, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of activities, programmes and events
• Develop publicity materials to promote the temple activities, programme and events
• Manage activities, programmes and events enquiries and assist visitors with registration and/or donations
• Coordinate with partners and vendors on publicity matters and event logistics
• Handle volunteer, donors and stakeholder management
• Support temple operation and administrative duties

Job Specifications

• Qualification: Diploma and above
• Year(s) of Experience: Preferably 1 year of working experience in related field
• Language(s): Bilingual in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Passionate about engaging and serving the Buddhist community
• Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Planning and coordination skills, Communication and interpersonal skills, Proficient in MS Office, online marketing and social media tools, Design software knowledge will be of an advantage, Ability to multi-task and work within time frame with minimal supervision
• A team player with positive work attitude
• 5 days work week – 4 week days and 1 weekend day from 9am to 5pm
• Able to work on selected public holiday(s) and irregular working hour(s) during event day(s)
