We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Applications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and interfaces related to Finance, Budgeting and Forecasting, Procurement, Claims and HR systems, with a primary focus on SAP S4 Hana , SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC), SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF), SAP Business Intelligence (SAP BI) and Infor Expense Management (Infor XM) . Project Management:

• Assist with the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP S4 Hana, SAP BPC, SAP SF, SAP BI and Infor XM for Finance, Procurement and HR departments.

• System Configuration and Customization:
• Configure and customize SAP S4 Hana, SAP BPC, SAP SF and Infor XM to meet the specific needs and requirements of Finance, Procurement, and HR departments.
• Stay current with system updates, patches, and new features to recommend improvements and optimize system performance.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and HR departments to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in working with system integrators to implement Finance, Procurement, Claims and HR related projects and interfaces. Requirements:
• Strong understanding of Finance, Budgeting and Forecasting, Procurement, Claims and HR business processes in a healthcare setting.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, SAP BPC, SAP SF, SAP BI, and Infor XM configuration and customization is beneficial
