• Complete surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and HR related survey.
• Prepare and present monthly reports or ad hoc reports required by management
• Other ad hoc HR assignments as assigned.

The ideal candidate should be/have:

• 5 to 8 years HR Generalist work experience
• Applicants from Manufacturing sector or worked in SME organizational structure would be ideal
• Possess good knowledge of the employment related legislations and advisories e.g Employment Act and MOM guidelines
• People-oriented, self-motivated, proactive and resourceful
• Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-versed in MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking work environment
• Analytical and proactive to take initiative and work effectively as team

Our Client is a leading logistics service provider and they are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer to become a part of their team.

THE ROLE

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated material handling systems, including conveyor systems, sorters, robotics, and automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS).
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of automated equipment. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the automated systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and optimize system performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of automated material handling systems in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), robotics, conveyor systems, and other automation technologies.
