Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, employee engagement activities, training and development, performance management, and other HR related projects

Job Requirements

Manage the full spectrum of HR management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports, etc)

Job Scope:

• Oversee the entire recruitment and talent acquisition process
• Manage vacancy requisitions and update manpower transactions

Responsibilities

Conduct and Discipline

• Monitor absent employee, serve letter of breach of contract
• Put up cases for union appeal to HQ
• Monitor excessive MC cases Board of Inquiry (BOI)
• Upon receipt of approval by Head Depot to convene a BOI, arrange for BOI Chairman and members (inclusive of Union representative) to conduct the

BOI Union Appeal / CPS System

• Coordinate and arrange with Union on the appeal sessions. Inform Interchange Managers on the appeal dates and venue.
• Update BC files on past disciplinary records for appeal.
• Update the outcome of the appeal cases and send to IGs for follow-up action
• Maintaining the CPS System

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘A’ or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Organised, meticulous and task-oriented
• Proficient in MS office
• Team player
• Preferred IHRP certified
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin in view our primary stakeholders converse mainly in these 2 languages. Able to converse in dialects is an advantage
