RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the company.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing, candidate selection, and onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit with the company culture.
