• Serve as the primary HR contact for budgeting.
• Monitor and update manpower readiness.
• Align manpower planning and budgeting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report manpower issues and gaps to senior management.
• Develop and enforce manpower requisition guidelines and processes.

Manpower Analysis:

• Analyze current manpower and forecast future needs using statistical tools.
• Prepare and present manpower data analysis reports.
• Manage reporting requirements for the function.

HR Planning:

• Calculate manpower productivity indicators (e.g., headcount per beds-in-service, attrition rate).
• Set KPI targets based on trends and track progress.
• Collaborate with Finance on HR budget allocation and expense tracking.

Projects and Other Duties:

• Oversee and report on transition-related HR projects.
• Lead the Manpower Budgeting System Project.
• Develop project timelines and work with stakeholders.
• Supervise and guide the team.
• Participate in additional HR projects as needed.
