The person in this position is responsible for managing and executing human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
โข Coordinate with School Operation Division in fulfilling manpower requirements, and manage the deployment of suitable staff to various outlets
โข Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, work pass application and selection.
โข Coordinate the employee onboarding process to ensure smooth integration into the organization
Performance Management
โข Support the regular performance appraisal/assessment of employees by coordinating reviews, compiling feedback and assist in preparation of contracts renewal
โข Assist in monitoring employee performance to identify training needs and growth opportunities
Training & development
โข Coordinate on employee training workshop, seminar, and manage training records.
โข Maintenance of training materials and documentation.
Administration
โข Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation plans.
โข Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and absences to ensure proper workforce planning. โข Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
โข Prepare regular HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to senior management to support decision-making.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related field
2. 1-2 years related experience. Fresh grads are welcome.
3. Knowledge on HR practices and employment law
4. Highly self motivated, willingness to develop, resourceful and pay attention to detail.
