We are looking to employ an HR Executive with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR Executive is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organisational and conflict management skills. Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process in close collaboration with hiring managers
• Handle all staff movement pertaining to recruitment, confirmation and transfer. This includes on boarding of new hires and off boarding of existing staff
• Create, updating and maintaining record of personnel files

Training

• Coordinate course registration, confirmation and post-training evaluation
• Liase with government agencies and schools for course administration
• Disseminate courses that are relevant to respective Head of Departments

Others
