Work you will do
This role sits within the Workforce Transformation team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, delivers solutions to transform our clients’ workforces and workplaces for business success in this era of technology disruption. We enable our clients’ success in creating the very best workforce to achieve their business aspirations - providing end-to-end workforce lifecycle solutions.
Almost all workforce constructs from organizational design and learning, through to the very work that we do are changing dramatically and simultaneously. We help our clients to synchronize across all these changes so that they not only survive, but they thrive in the face of continuous disruption. The Workforce Transformation team leverage on research, analytics, innovation and industry insights to help imagine and activate workforces that are future ready, today.
You will be working as a member of a dynamic, highly collaborative & focused team to co-create and deliver innovative and immersive programs for clients to address their workforce transformation challenges such as:
· How might we design and deliver programs that build the capabilities and mindsets required of leaders to thrive across multiple futures
· How might we help them transform their ways of working to eliminate repetitive tasks and processes so that workers can focus on identifying and creating new sources of value and meaning for customers
· How might we design and implement future career pathways and new modes of learning to optimize people’s potential
· How might we configure jobs and roles of the future to drive the exponential growth and change ambitions of organizations
· How might we embed agile and innovation in working structures and mindsets to scale new ideas, innovations and incubate new ways of working at speed
· How might we leverage data and analytics to inform workforce related strategies and decision

Enough about us, let's talk about you
If you are someone with:
· A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
· Minimum 8 years of industry or consulting experience or both, preferably with project management
· Experience in Transformation or Innovation projects – eg. cultural transformation, new ways of working – AGILE lead or champion
· Proven experience leading project teams or work streams independently for large-scale and complex transformations
· An effective communicator, with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
· Ability to apply human-centered design, logical structuring, and analytical problem-solving skills
· Strong experience in some of the following:
· Adaptive Organisation; building and scaling agile, enterprise-wide innovation activation
· Workforce ecosystem curation; workforce planning, job & role configuration, and embedding people analytics across all aspects of the workforce ecosystem
· Immersive program design: leadership program design and strong facilitation skills
· Talent development: capability modelling, skills and competency development, career and learning pathways
